Did you know the founders of Whatsapp, Brian Acton and Jan Koum, desperately tried to get a job at Facebook and were unable to. The rejection from Facebook turned out to be their biggest opportunity. In their journey did they face challenges? Of course they did — but those challenges made them stronger. Life is similar to body building or Yoga, a muscle grows and becomes stronger only when it picks up heavier and heavier weights.
The more weight is picks up, the faster it grows. In life too, we grow when we face challenges and push ourselves. Their landlord had given them notice to vacate and they needed to come up with money very very fast. They decided to rent out the sleeping space in their hall where people could sleep on air beds.
This led them to the idea of creating AirBnB which is today worth billions of dollars. Anyone can now rent out a room in their house and make money. The founders, Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia would never have become billionaires and created AirBnB had they not experienced the challenge of not being able to pay their rents. In fact many times, I feel the people who are not born rich are the luckiest because they have to work harder and smarter to achieve their goals.
I started selling toys at the age of 5 and even in school I would always be selling something or the other.

I had a passion to learn and grow. In these countries people are encouraged to use their mind and work hard.
On the other hand so many countries in Africa and the Middle East are blessed with gold and oil, and these are places with the maximum poverty and war. The human mind grows when it is challenged. It stops growing when it is not challenged. In fact we should always ask the Divine blessings to make us stronger to face challenges because after every challenge we come out stronger and better.
Another great inspirational example is the story of two young boys who were unable to get a taxi at the train station. It was very cold and raining and no taxi was willing to take them to their destination.
They used this frustration as a challenge and decided nobody should suffer like them. They came up with Uber which today has revolutionized the way people commute.
It also made Travis Kalanick and Garret Camp billionaires. How many times has an auto or taxi rejected you? How many times has a company rejected you?
How many times have you been rejected?
How did it make you feel? How many times have you been short of money?
What if next time you fact a challenge or rejection and ask yourself — how can I make the most of it? How can I use the infinite power within my mind to unleash my inner potential? If I have been given this challenge, why not look at it as a gift and make the most of it?
This challenge is just meant to make my mental muscles stronger and something incredible is lying ahead in the future.

I believe we are living in one of the best times in history. But at the same time it can also be a one of the worst times in history for people who are not fast enough to adapt to change. This creates opportunities for people who are fast, smart and ready to adapt to change.
Lots of wealth can be created. An industry he created. At the same time, site is going to end up being a massive threat to people in conventional retail and any other industry they enter as they have massive data on how consumers behave. They have knowledge and they are going to use that knowledge to their benefit. Technology and people who control technology are going to be more powerful than governments.
The next wave of technology is going to be in areas like 3D printing where massive printers can print entire buildings and machinery. Massive infrastructure projects can be completed within weeks thanks to massive printers. All this once again will mean a threat to traditional companies, unless they adapt to these changes and in fact introduce these changed.
This will mean massive unemployment for manual labourers who are unable to adopt new skills. Today revenues and incomes are growing across industries, but they are hiring lesser and lesser people. Machines and AI is gaining more and more importance.

No amount of government regulation can stop this change. To succeed, we need to be open to a changing world, we need to be open to new ideas and thoughts. I had spoken to the leadership at Kingfisher Airlines and told them they should sell my book in all their flights as they can earn additional revenue and people can get an amazing book to read.
They said it has never been done before and were closed minded. I believe that is the attitude that led them to go bust. On the other hand, another airline that was open to the idea and retailed the book, went on to become one of the biggest airlines in India. I have always been fascinated by technology and are happy to share we have been doing some incredible experiments with Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence.
In the future there is a lot more that's going to happen.
Right now, we are keeping it top secret, but stay tuned, you will see it. I am curious to know, how are things shaping up in your industry? How is technology affecting you? What sort of disruption is happening?

It indeed is a state of mind but we all wonder how to achieve that state of mind, don't we? The happiness of an individual is reflected by aspects that are prior to us mortals. These aspects fall under few different criteria and a common ground between them is where the state of happiness lies.
It is not something that is achievable because there is nothing to achieve. It is a state of mind that takes some practice and wilful Some say happiness is a state of mind.
It is a state of mind that takes some practice and wilful mindfulness on daily basis. Thus, this is the message of Yogesh Chabria, a world-renowned leader in the field of human potential, new book: Succeed The Happionaire Way. The book takes all those aspects I mentioned above into a deep consideration. The author describes pragmatic strategies along with subject matter which and they all are oriented towards a mutual goal, the happiness of the reader, reading the book.
In-depth he talks about dreams and turning them into goals and how to shape yourself and the life you are currently living, to define a shape your own way.
You can follow along with the suggestions and the anecdotes from many lives he has observed or has been touched by, including his own. This process is making an individual realize a sense of clarity in his mind and motivating him to continue on his ambitious journey is successful. Since the early days of human civilizations, we find a similar context in writings of Plato, Heraclitus, and Aristotle. Their manner of writing might be poetic or dialogues, but it is just their method.
Chabria's method is clear, simple, easy to absorb and understand. It seems his focus on more on the reader of the book. He then talks on topics like emotional health, the art of relationships, and finally to be consistent in maintaining the balance of life. He even offers step by step guidelines on meditation for those who have never tried it. My favorite chapter in the book is on relationships of every kind. I know there are many books in this genre but if you are looking for a clear, follow along, written in a smart and succinct manner, this one is for you.
