Be it your inner cravings for your opposite gender or the same , be it the small things which zoom up so suddenly to create havocs in your life, be it your lover's way of talking to you, be it your friends, be it your crush or be it sex, it all depends on one thing. It is you who create a space for everything that happens around you to happen. If you change, the surrounding changes. Read this book just to get the base of so many questions for which we always wanted the answers but only disappointed go hear others term them baseless.
Vinita Dawra has tried honestly to come forward with most closely correct answers you can ever expect to get for those questions. Read it once.

Choosing Happiness In life design, being happy means you choose happiness. Dysfunctional Belief: To be happy, I have to make the right choice. Reframe: There is no right choice — only good choosing. The fourth step in the process is to let go of our unnecessary options and move on, embracing our choice fully so that we can get the most from it. In fact, most minds can choose effectively between only three to five options. The key is to reframe your idea of options by realizing that if you have too many options, you actually have none at all.
Dan Gilbert at Harvard has looked at this area and demonstrated the effect letting go of your options has, in a study evaluating how people made decisions about different Monet art prints.
It turns out that reversibility is not conducive to establishing reliable happiness with a decision. And once you make a choice — then embrace your choice and go with it. Dysfunctional Belief: Happiness is having it all.
Failure immunity gives you grit to spare. Designing your life is actually what life is, because life is a process, not an outcome. With the infinite-game mind-set, you are not just adept at failure reduction — you are truly failure-immune. Dysfunctional Belief: Life is a finite game, with winners and losers.
